Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for Image Prompt Expert.

1. Lifetime Access Refunds

Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Refund request is made within 30 days of the original payment
• The account has generated fewer than 100 prompts
• The account is in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service

If 100 or more prompts have been generated, the purchase becomes non-refundable, even if the request is within 30 days.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

All pay-as-you-go credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Unused credits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be refunded or transferred

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email and include:

• Account email
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Abuse of the Service
• Attempts to bypass usage limits
• Violations of our Terms of Service
