Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for Image Prompt Expert.
1. Lifetime Access Refunds
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, you may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days without giving any reason. Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Refund request is made within 14 days of the original payment
- The account has generated fewer than 100 prompts
- The account is in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service
If 100 or more prompts have been generated, the purchase becomes non-refundable, even if the request is within 14 days.
2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits
All pay-as-you-go credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Unused credits:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be refunded or transferred
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via email and include:
- Account email
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the Service
- Attempts to bypass usage limits
- Violations of our Terms of Service
